Today the Class of 2017 graduates from the regional high school. Now the pace of Island life quickens, the dash toward July begins and if the weather still argues spring in New England, the energy of the Vineyard declares summer. The days rush by and the edges of the season blur. Sometimes we forget where the year stands and turn to seasonal markers for a more precise reading. Our hope is for warmer weather for the rest of June, and again in July and August. We welcome all to the Vineyard season.
