The topsail schooner Shenandoah made the trip from Vineyard Haven to Edgartown harbor Saturday to attend a fundraising event at a private home. Martha’s Vineyard Ocean Academy, the educational nonprofit that owns and operates Shenandoah, has plans to build a new boat, Shenandoah II, in order to continue the nonprofit’s maritime educational programming.
