Robert Rogers, 25, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on a Sept. 16 charge in Tisbury of violating an abuse prevention order.

Fiona O’Neil, 24, of Revere, was arraigned on August 8 charges in West Tisbury of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and speeding.
Sean Herron, 31, of San Antonio, Tx., was arraigned on July 19 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of liquor.
