Children and snowflakes alike swirled around Healey Square Saturday evening as Oak Bluffs celebrated the start of the Christmas season.
As the clock neared 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, hundreds of kids and adults gathered in Healey Square began to chant “light the tree.”
Move over turkey, Santa is coming to town. This week the tide turns to reindeer, holiday music and tree decorating.
A merry crowd kicked off the holiday season with plenty of good cheer at the annual Oak Bluffs tree lighting Wednesday night.
