David Caseau, 67, of East Falmouth, was arraigned on two August 8 counts in Tisbury of unlicensed possession of an assault weapon. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on Dec. 12.

Mingfang Wang, 40, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on Sept. 30 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Her bail was set at $400 and she has a pretrial hearing on Dec. 9.
