A Dukes County grand jury last week indicted four people, including two men on rape charges and a pair for their alleged part in trafficking drugs.
A grand jury returned indictments Friday for Jordan Creech and Christine Kurth on drug charges and Ryan Camacho and MacAleer Schilcher on rape charges.
Mr. Creech, of Mattapan, and Ms. Kurth, of Tisbury, were arrested in May for a suspected drug deal near the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority terminal. Both were indicted on charges of trafficking between 100 and 200 grams of fentanyl and conspiracy.
Mr. Camacho was indicted on two counts of child rape and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14. He was originally arraigned in Edgartown District Court in February.
Mr. Schilcher, a Tisbury resident who ran for the select board earlier this year, was indicted on four counts of rape. The charges stem from a 2019 incident in Tisbury.
All four cases are now being handled in Dukes County Superior Court.
