The following cases were heard in Edgartown District Court.

Oct. 7

Baylee Francis, 22, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on Oct. 5 charges in Oak Bluffs of trespassing and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $1,200. Defendant released on $300 surety. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 2.

Oct. 14

Brittany Elaine Zukow, 31, of Parsippany, N.J., was arraigned on Oct. 1 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Defendant released on payment of $500 surety and $150 counsel fee. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 9, 2023.

Eduardo Dasilva, 21, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Oct. 11 charges in Oak Bluffs of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, violation to conceal a number plate ID, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. Charges of operating with a suspended license, a number plate violation to conceal ID, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle to be dismissed if $100 court costs paid forthwith. Case closed.

Oct. 19

Milan Blagojevic, 30, was arraigned on a May 23 charge in Vineyard Haven of a violation to conceal a number plate ID. Charge to be dismissed if $100 court costs paid by Nov. 14. Charge dismissed on Oct. 20 on the recommendation of the probation department.

Nina C. Luciano, 48, of Braintree, was arraigned on July 26 charges in Edgartown of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of property damage. Defendant released on personal recognizance. Defendant entered pleas of not guilty. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 6, 2023.

Sofia B. Hart, 29, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on a July 25 charge in Vineyard Haven of leaving the scene of property damage. Defendant released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 9, 2023.

Tyson J. Depina, 46, of New Bedford, was arraigned on a June 23 charge in Edgartown of a subsequent offense of possession of a Class A substance (heroin). Defendant released on personal recognizance and was advised of the right to be drug tested, Pretrial hearing scheduled for Jan. 6, 2023.

Oct. 21

Jhonathan P. Munhoz, 27, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Oct. 17 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Defendant released on payment of $1,500 bail. Defendant entered not guilty pleas. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 15.

Jhonathan P. Munhoz, 27, of Vineyard Haven was arraigned on a Oct. 19 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family or household member. Defendant released on payment of $1,000 bail and with further condition to stay away from and have no contact with alleged victim. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 15.
