A Dukes County Grand Jury returned indicted four people last week on an array of charges, from trafficking cocaine to burning a building.

The grand jury indicted Michael Rossetti, Stephen Luce and Nicholas Lopenzo on Oct. 30. The following day, the jury agreed to move forward with charges against Rosalynn Kent.

All four will now have their cases heard in the Dukes County Superior Court.

Police say Mr. Luce, 52, of Edgartown, was arrested in January by the Martha’s Vineyard Drug Task Force at his Edgartown home after he had ordered drugs he didn’t have a prescription for, according to a police report.

After searching Mr. Luce’s home, police found cocaine, a handgun, ammunition, two large capacity magazines, steroids and other prescription medications. The grand jury indicted Mr. Luce on two counts of trafficking cocaine, possession to distribute a class E drug, possession to distribute a class C drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of a firearm without an FID card, subsequent offense, improper storage of a large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity feeding device and possession of a large capacity firearm.

Mr. Luce’s girlfriend, Ms. Kent, was also arrested at the time and was indicted on three counts of distributing a class E drug.

Mr. Lopenzo, 37, of Edgartown, was indicted on charges of burning a building and burning personal property after he allegedly set a man’s generator on fire in August, which caused damage to a trailer, according to an Edgartown police report.

Mr. Rossetti, 57, of Dennisport, was indicted on charges of assault and battery, causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery.

He allegedly beat up a man and a woman in April in Oak Bluffs, according to police reports.

Further court dates on all the cases have not yet been scheduled.
