Meaghan Nydam has been named marketing manager for the Vineyard Gazette Media Group, with responsibility for promoting the company’s many print and digital products and managing its events.

Born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard, Ms. Nydam recently returned to the Island after about 10 years away. She graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and has worked in various corporate health and wellness positions.

She lives in Vineyard Haven with her husband, Kevin, and their dog, Buju.

In addition to the Gazette, the Vineyard Gazette Media Group publishes Martha’s Vineyard Magazine, Martha’s Vineyard Island Guide, Island Weddings magazine, the Real Estate Yearbook, Welcome to Martha’s Vineyard travel guide and various other publications and websites.

Ms. Nydam succeeds Alyssa Lodge, who has moved to New York.
