Walter Edison Lowe Jr. died July 29, 2023.

A memorial service for Gloria Wong of Vineyard Haven will be held on Sunday, July 14 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Tabernacle in Oak Bluffs.

Frances Marjean McKinney Smith Lear, a longtime resident of Oak Bluffs, died on Jan. 20 at the Martha's Vineyard Hospital.

Christopher D. Phinney passed away suddenly on Nov. 11, 2023 at his tennis club in Jupiter, Fla. at the age of 68.

William D. Bennett of Lambert's Cove died peacefully at home with his family on Feb. 15.

William August Engler 4th of Oak Bluffs died on Jan. 23 at the age of 25 after a valiant struggle with drug addiction and mental health issues.

Jane Appleton (Jennie) Greene of Chilmark passed away peacefully on Feb. 13 after an extended battle with cancer.

Robert (Bob) Coe died in Bethesda, Md. on Feb. 5 after a short illness.

Neil Robert Strock died peacefully but unexpectedly at his home in Lafayette, Calif. on Jan. 24.
