Priscilla Sylvia, a well-known figure active in politics and land conservation, died on June 5. She was 81 and had lived in Oak Bluffs since 1965.

John F. Spindler of Arizona and West Tisbury died peacefully on June 3. He was 91.

Hans P. Stibolt Jr. of Oak Bluffs died on March 4 at home in the place he loved. He was 100 and had a long and fulfilling life.

Hope L. Sheridan of Wareham died peacefully Friday, April 9, at her home surrounded by family.
