The highlight of my New Year's Eve was watching Anderson Cooper take tequila shots.
We have had it all so far this week — lots of wind, snow and rain, then freezing rain and three inches of snow which was gone by noon.
We got some snow. It was here for the morning, then it rained and warmed up, now it is freezing. Everything is crunchy now outside, and worse than that the doors on the cars will be frozen.
I can’t keep up with the weather. One day it is beautiful and warm and the next day is cold with a wind chill of some ridiculous number.
Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow on Groundhog Day, which means we will have six weeks less of winter.
It is now the end of January and we have had no significant snow.
It is so cold as I write this. The heat is on and it feels like the thermostat does not go high enough.
