We have had enough rain and now it is on to the heat. If the weather is going to be as warm as they say, I think we are in the right place. But please be careful and wear sunscreen and drink lots of fluids.

I have nothing to say really about the weather this week except every time the sun comes out my grass grows an inch an hour. I don’t think I really paid attention to that until now when I have to mow the lawn myself.

The rain sure did find its way to the Island this weekend, but it did not dampen a lot of spirits. There were plenty of people here and I’m sure everyone made the best of it. This weekend is going to be hot. We will see.

What beautiful spring weather we’ve been having, but now we are going to get some much needed rain. The trees are bursting with their vibrant colors and we need them to stay that way. Mother Nature will take care of that.
