Although spring is just around the corner, we have had another reminder that winter is still here with the dusting of snow on Tuesday afternoon. No significant depth to it but an inconvenience to drivers.
Well that was quite the northeaster, missed the entire storm by resting my eyes for way too many hours. It was quite a revelation as we journeyed out on Tuesday evening with all the branches and puddles everywhere.
Always nice to wait for the spring thaw. We had a day of sunshine with temperatures in the 50s.

Christmas week has gone from freezing cold to the warmth of temperatures in the 50s. We always used to wish for a white Christmas but who needs the snow these days.

There has been a damp chill in the air all week. Temperatures in the 40s most days but reaching 60 earlier in the week. Winds continue to howl and the rain has been around for most of the week.
