Well, winter is officially over and spring has arrived.

We have had more snow in the first few days of March than all of January and February combined.
It sure has been like a ghost town all week, largely because it is school winter vacation and many families are on the move. People have left Dodge for a warmer climate while others have gone up north to ski and some to visit family.
Well it sure will be like a ghost town all next week because of the school’s winter vacation that begins this afternoon.
We are heading into a long holiday weekend as Monday is President’s Day so the schools, post office, library and all other town buildings will be closed.
Well, Sunday night featured an intensely exciting Super Bowl game.
