I will only repeat what I have heard all week from people and that is that we have had enough of this heat.
The weather is still warm but the breeze has helped keep it a little bearable.
At last, a little rain in Aquinnah on Tuesday morning.
I write this on Monday, the first day of relief from the humidity.

Here we go again with round two of heat, and we are just coming into August. But we can consider ourselves lucky because we live on an Island filled with beauty and — best of all — a sea breeze.
HOT! And that is all I can say about this week's weather.
Hot is the word of the week. We are so lucky we live on an island with the breezes coming through when we need it.
The hazy hot and humid has gone for now.
When I started writing this article, the sun was shining.
