We have had our first snow of the season. There has been mixed reactions. First, it is almost Christmas and it puts you in the holiday mood.
Can you say Brrrrr? Winter has arrived. We have been so spoiled by the weather being warm that the weekend has felt a lot colder than normal.
Here we are in December. The weather is still on and off. Warm while the sun is out then the temperature drops.
I was noticing today that the trees still have a lot of leaves on them.
This is just a reminder about the open house at the Edgartown Library for Debbie MacInnis, who is retiring from the library after 40 years. Please feel free to drop by Friday, Dec. 1 between 1 and 4 p.m.
Winter has arrived. The flip flops are off, the boots are out and the heat and pellet stove are on. It sure did not take long for everything to get into winter mode.
Nobody is complaining about the weather except maybe the heating companies.
Mother Nature sure did some housecleaning on Sunday night.
I know you all know I like a little cooler weather but we sure have been in bonus mode. The sun is shining, the breeze is just right and it is warm.
