It is the end of October and the flip flops are still out and on. Yes, it is chilly in the morning and the temperature plummets at 3 p.m. like clockwork, but the in-between hours have been just beautiful.

The nights are getting cooler, and it is time to bring in your topicals and other house plants.

We are still in the warm day’s cool night pattern.

We are getting that nice fall weather. We had a couple of days of humidity, but there was a breeze to go with it.

We certainly got the rain we needed, but again we got it all in three days.

Fall has knocked on the door and we’ve let her in.

We are still enjoying this beautiful weather. I am sure the September brides are happy especially those who planned outdoor weddings.

I don’t think anyone could complain about the holiday weekend.

Flooding thunder and lightning storm and hail. Where I am we got very little hail but just up the street they had moth ball size hail, and they could scoop it up.

I know I have said we needed rain, but I did not mean all at once.
