Well the record book on March closes Saturday night and it has been one of the stormiest and colder months in recent record.
Well we got slammed by another northeast storm on Tuesday. This time we had nine inches of heavy wet snow, howling winds with gusts to 65 mph.
Spring will be here in a just four days and that will not be soon enough for many of us.
The weekend weather amounted to a rip roaring northeaster, a near perfect storm.

Well it sure will be like a ghost town all week mainly because of the school’s winter vacation.
We are heading into a long weekend as Monday is President’s Day so the schools, post office and all town buildings will be closed.
It’s been quiet in town since the holidays. Folks are going away on vacation or will next week and that is about the size of it.
